If the defects and failure in the pipe is large and severe which cannot be repaired by grouting , then we can rehbilitate it by using internal lining. This technique can be applied as spot lining repair and as complete line rehbilitation from manhole to manhole.

One of the applied method is Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP) lining system. This is used to repair a small section (few meters lenght) which called a spot repair. It is a composite of fiberglass and resin that inserted and positioned to line the defected portion inside the host pipe, after cured in place , the fiberglass will be adhered with the internal surface of the host pipe, therefore it provieds a sealed rehabilitated continuse strong and structural pipe .

If the whole pipe is defected , then complete lining from manhole to manhole can be applied, such as INLINER, which is polyester needle felt with an impermeable membrance.Using winch in the impregnated main hose , hydraulic calibration of the liner via inversion tower , thermal cure of INLINER with hot water circulation , re-opening  laterals with robotic cutter , finally connecting laterals. The result a joint-less liner which forms one long lasting unit , self supporting and highly resistant to corrosion and abrasion.
